A little bit about InlandBeardedDragons.com. We are an experienced Bearded Dragon breeder located in the Southern California area and have been breeding Inland Bearded Dragons (Pogona Vitticeps) since 2009.
Our interest for reptiles started in our childhood and has grown ever since. After being introduced the Bearded Dragons by one of our good friends we decided to adopt one and that’s how it all began.
We now have a large breeding program with several mating pairs. Our focus is on mating high quality, high color dragons that are healthy and unique.
Our Personal Guarantee
We guarantee live delivery of every bearded dragon sold! We ship using either UPS overnight delivery. We guarantee that the dragon you receive is in good health as long as you are there to accept the package on the first delivery attempt. We guarantee that they are eating well and appear outwardly healthy upon shipment. This is the best guarantee available and takes all the worry out of purchasing a bearded dragon directly from a breeder.
Sex is a best guess on babies and juveniles and not guaranteed unless stated. Keep in mind that we are 95% accurate in sexing young dragons, but every once in a while there are dragons that surprises us and develops late. With adults the sex is always guaranteed. Should some unforeseen circumstances occur notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Notify us immediately if there is a problem.
If notification does not occur within a timely manner after delivery it will be at our discretion to decide how to resolve the issue. We ship using professional packing materials, including heat packs or cold packs depending on the weather. Terms are subject to change without prior notice. Online Order Process
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation letting you know that your order is being processed. Once processed, you will receive a second e-mail that will notify you when your items are being shipped. Should you need any additional assistance please feel free to Contact Us and we will respond to any questions you may have.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received. Most orders typically ship within 24-48 hours after being processed Monday through Thursday. UPS Tracking “#” Numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
Any additional requirements or special handling notes should be added to the comment box at the checkout process. If required an InlandBeardedDragons.com representative will contact you to provide further assistance and answer any questions you may have.
We offer one shipping option for our dragons and that’s through UPS Overnight Shipping which we have found to be the most reliable for overnight, ontime and delicate deliveries and have had a 99.9% success rate in delivering our dragons.
We Do Not Offer International Shipping Options at this time. Please contact us if you have any questions.
All orders are shipped from West Covina, CA. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Someone needs to be available to sign for the package. If not picked up or no one is available to sign for delivery all guarantees are void. If package is damaged please notify UPS and InlandBeardedDragons.com right away.
We currently offer a standard flat rate shipping charge of $50.00 per package per dragon. If multiple dragons are purchased the rate may change and you will be notified via email before your order is processed.
Occasionally things get damaged in the shipping process. If you have received an order that has been damaged, please advise the shipping carrier of the damage before you sign for the parcel. Open and inspect the items, if you find the item is actually damaged. Please have the driver mark the parcel as damaged in their log. Please Contact Us so we can advise you on how to handle a shipping damage claim. All damage claims must be made within 1 business days from the date your package was received or dropped off. If no damaged is noted, in the carrier’s system, and you do not contact us within the 1-business day timeline, no claim or action can be taken to replace your merchandise and the sale will be considered final.
InlandBeardedDragons.com will not accept returned merchandise. All sales are final.
